How it works

1. Pay through BAD checkout. The seller does not get the money yet.
2. The seller ships with a tracked label, or hands it over at a local pickup.
3. After delivery you have 2 days to check it.
4. Confirm, or let the window close, and the seller is paid.

If something is wrong

Open a case inside the window if it never arrived, arrived damaged, or is not what was listed. Add photos and our team reviews it. Approved cases are refunded.

What it costs

5% + $1, at least $3, paid by the buyer and shown at checkout.

What is not covered

Payments made outside BAD, like cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal, and car sales closed off the platform. Car deposits follow the refund rules shown before you pay.
